Full Service Design is the best option when desiring for your space or spaces to be designed, managed, and executed from beginning to end.
Design services include recommendations for paint colors, flooring, lighting, fixtures, hardware, tile selections, cabinetry and built ins, furnishings, décor, layout, staging and more. We select, source, receive, deliver, and install the elements that turn your space into an inviting & functional home.

Project Design & Execution
COST: Each Full Service Design Project is bid at a flat rate based on the estimated size, detail, and scope of the individual project. The flat rate bid is for the initial designs, or “Design Book”. The Hourly Rate of $150 will begin upon the start of the project's management & execution - which includes, but not limited to, communication, sourcing, meetings, revisions etc. An hourly bid will also be provided for every project.
There is a *$2,500 minimum for any Full Service Design Project.
